Copyright. All images captured during this session are the property of Lionbourne. Purchasing digital images grants you a personal-use license to print and share them; it does not transfer copyright.

Proof Images. Gallery preview images are watermarked and intended for selection purposes only. Watermarked images may not be downloaded, screenshotted, edited, printed, or used for any purpose.

Payment & Delivery. Final digital images are delivered upon payment for selected packages. Sessions are non-refundable once the shoot has taken place.

Promotional Use. Unless you have opted out, Lionbourne may feature your images in portfolio displays, on the website, and on social media. If you'd prefer your images not be used this way, please contact us at [email] within 7 days of your session.

Minors. If your session includes a minor, the submitting adult confirms they are the parent or legal guardian and consent to all terms on the minor's behalf.

Liability. Lionbourne is not responsible for lost, delayed, or technical issues affecting digital delivery beyond our reasonable control.
